Sometime it happened for payment account which is demo/unverified. You can ask to WooCommerce what kind/type of account have to use. I hope everything will be all-right.

It does not depends on Paypal adaptive payments. You can try to deactive Dokan plugin and make an order by WooCommerce then please let me know what happened.

So at first you have to install WooCommmerce Simple Auctions plugin then you will be able to configure Dokan Auction plugin. If you want to hide action on the reviews such as “unapproved” “spam” and “trash” just you have to edit plugin, just go to weDevs-Dokan-Plugin>includes>pro>templates>review>listing-table-tr.php now select from line number 30 to 66 and command out it finally save it and you have done.
