Plugin CSS not working 28029
Will | I submitted them. I tested on 2012 and it works fine as well as I tested Woothemes Hustle theme and it worked fine so I know it’s going to come back that it’s an issue with the theme. However it is Woothemes Canvas which is really weird since you’d think it would definitely work with that theme over any other one! Not sure what to say. |

Will | Yes both of those are set correctly. |

Dokan Plugin ETA? 27048
Will | Great just wasn’t sure of the structure of the new plugin. Do you know if it will be keeping the same template structure? The reason I ask is we’ve made significant modifications to the dashboard and product entry pages so we would need to make those changes again with the plugin. Lots of questions here 🙂 |

Dokan Plugin ETA? 26952
Will | That’s great news! Very excited about this. Just one other part of that question there – if I have an existing Dokan site up and running (using the theme) will I be able to switch from the theme to the plugin and keep my store information? Or will my sellers have to re-register etc? I’m assuming it will just switch over? Thanks. |

Stripe Connect 23208 | |
Will | I’m pretty sure you can do “adaptive” style payments using Stripe. Currently the Ignite Woo Vendors Plugin has this functionality if you’re using their stripe plugin as a payment gateway. |

Will | Yeah it only has that as a homepage currently as far as I know. |

Seller Name/Lastname function in Mail Templates (Woocommerce) 22208
Will | If you’re using the child theme then you should be putting it in wp-content/themes/dokan-child/woocommerce/emails/ I believe – not in the Dokan theme. |

Seller Name/Lastname function in Mail Templates (Woocommerce) 22202
Will | Just a quick thought but double check you’re using the actual Dokan theme and not a child theme? If you’re not using a child theme I’d suggest you do that so you don’t overwrite these emails when you update the theme. |

Product visibility issues 22069
Will | Unfortunately that isn’t the issue but good call. I can create a staging site with the same info and send you admin credentials if you’d like to try it. I also get weird behaviour when using firefox that I can’t explain. Basically the dashboard links end up just forwarding back to the “my-account” page from Woocommerce. The weird part is I can’t replicate it which most likely means it’s something I’m doing! grrr |

Product visibility issues 22021
Will | Well I spoke too soon! Here’s what’s happening. Currently the only plugins I have running are woocommerce and woocommerce stripe payment gateway. The weird part is it was working fine – but now it’s not. This was the same behaviour I had on the original site I was working on. I tried reuploading the theme via FTP just to ensure there wasn’t something changed as well. Any thoughts? |

Enable Manage Stock by default 22020
Will | Thanks Jesus. What I realized afterwards was that I wasn’t putting the inventory.php file in the right place. I had forgotten to put it in a templates folder so it wasn’t overwritting the parent file properly. Thanks for the detailed explanation! |
