Hi,

I have checked the settings and they are set properly.

Pls help me to have those 3 issues fix.
1) the seller dashboard is not within the right frame compared with the website.
2) subscription tab in the seller dashboard
2) the double entry for login/registration box.

Another very important issue is that when i click on the login/registration button I have this page with double registration forms. Can you pls help me? All I want is to have 1 Login/registration form.

and also when I am register with a fake seller account I cannot see the seller dashboard. Why is that~?

I have just done that …removing the code…and it does work…thank you very much.

I just have this problem now:

“Error! Your account is not enabled for selling, please contact the admin ”

Can you pls help me to correct that?

Hi Nizam,

I have sent you my login details. Also, when I log in now it says “Dokan Error: Pleae activate your copy” . Can you please hekp me with that? I had to unistall the plugin the first time. This is the second time I am installing the plugin and it says “Dokan Error: Pleae activate your copy”. I also cliked install my pages and only 2 have been installed.

Hi,

I can see the support here is so, so slow. I am very dissapointed for the very slow support.
I will have to ask you for a full refund for the plugin. I did send you an email before to ask if I can purchase the plugin separate and if the plugin is fully functionale. Your answer was yes.

I was really excited to start using the plugin on my new e-commerce website, but now I am dissapointed .

All other customers I am sure they feel the same.

I have install the Dokan plugin as well and it did mess up my website. when I clicked on automatic Install pages for dokan plugin, it did install them 2x and couple of pages were missing. I just unistalled the plugin and I had for today, Monday for you guys to help me on how to install the plugin properly.
can you pls make that video and help us?
