Update!!

I have moved a copy of my 2 vendor test bed to another server to test. Emails work. BUT 🙁

The variations of the products do not show to the vendor. Meaning they have no idea which variation to send.

Not sure why emails can send one server vs. the other. I’m guessing it’s a Mail server setting issue or something with the PHP.ini file. I have not reviewed the reasons of why on this. But It’s the exact same copy of this 2 vendor set-up.

Again – the variations are not showing to the vendors. Pass this to your team, it defeats the plugin if it can not show variations to the vendor. YES the vendor could ask the admin; but if you have 400+ vendors, I’d prefer the system to do it, I think you’d agree.

I did a fresh install of the newest plugin. 1 vendor set-up. The test customer got an email, Site admin got an email – but the vendor got nothing. HELP

My item is the vendor is selling one of a kinds. So they are asking to be notified either in the dashboard or via email when a product is out of stock – so they can remove it.

A similar set-up already exists in Woocommerce (as you know) in the dashboard, illustrating low product. Does this exist or can it exist? This would be helpful to many of us.

I list mode of the media library – they hide and in grid mode they display.

The media that the vendor loaded via their dashboard has this effect.

It fixed the problem and see your team changed up the code to make it work.

As for updating the plugin, is there a simple way for updating the plugin?

When I loaded the plugin, and then deactivating the older version and activated the new version, I lost the dashboard.

I managed to fix it by dropping the pages from the database via phpMyAdmin, but I know others will experience the same and may have less experience on the fix.

If you could provide a document in your FAQ that would be ideal.

In the meantime I have to create work a rounds for much of this. Shipping & Tax + Tax on Products are so key today for a local market.

I face the same issue. I have raised this before in December and per the update these items from what I know should be fixed.

There is a Shipping Issue, TAX issue and Vendor Notification Issue. And all of this creates an issue on the email notification.

Trusting the Wedevs team is going to fix this and make us all happy. 🙂
