Richard Hoskins | Thanks, the 2nd problem has been cleared up! Unfortunately, there is still the 1st problem of faulty customer registration. I have gone into Settings > General Settings and made sure ‘Anyone can register’ was on, so I’m at a loss for what could be causing the problem.. |

Richard Hoskins | Thanks for the help! That worked fine and the handshake error is now gone. However, I now have another problem. Upon further testing, I am now getting a new error.
I have entered all my API details and my approved API App ID. Could you offer me a solution? |

Richard Hoskins | Also, in the situation of a chain payment system, does paypal charge 2 sets of fees? One to the primary receiver and one to the secondary? Or is it just one initial fee? |

Richard Hoskins | Hi Nayem, Thank you for getting back to me promptly. I have checked all of these settings and they are all correct, however the problem still persists. I tested changing the WooCommerce page setting to a different page and regardless of what I change it to, it does not link to the correct page. I suspect the problem lies within the WooCommerce plugin.
Could you help me solve this problem? I believe I have upgraded to the latest version of the Dokan theme so I’m not sure why its still detecting theme version 1.0.6 |

Richard Hoskins | Hey again Paul! I’m still waiting for a reply to my problems too. It’s been 3 WEEKS now. Absolutely RIDICULOUS since I’ve lost over $100 now in server fees since my site STILL isn’t working. What’s worst is that I had a reply 2 weeks into my question, I responded to their support inquiries and then they never got back to me. |
