Hi, has i told you before replying to:

“1. If you are from a country, that some of the product does not ship to you will get to see “Free Shipping”, as WooCommerce is not getting any shipping price for your country. We can not determine the country until the checkout page, where the customer puts his shipping address. We get the complete shipping address in the checkout page only and validate there.
There is no way to warn the customer in the very beginning or in the cart page.”

1 – If your plugin doesn´t do that, does not interest me at all, it gives bad information to the customer until the customer fill all information, choosing the country on cart page should be enough to get the warn.All plugins that i know and worked with to calculate shipping, they give warning on cart page( Woocommerce Correios, Woocomerce table rate shipping) and does not give bad information to the customer.

In reply to your second statemente:

“2. You will get a setting on the wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Per Product Shipping to determine how you want the shipping price to be charged; for a whole order or per product basis. Please check that option and let me know”

2 – I already done that configuration on woocommerce settings and still calculates badly the shipping cost.

So if this bugs are not solvable. Let me know

I´m sorry to your that your dev team are not able to correct the bugs that i mentioned because on the changelog of the per product plugin there´s this “* [improved] Don’t allow product purchases that doesn’t ship to a country”, but not fixed at all and to me showing free shipping for a product that does not ship to certain country, that´s certainly a bug and a serious one.
Another one is that if a product has a 5€ of shipping costs and the client buys 3 or 4 of that product the total shipping costs is the same for buying one product or 4, another serious bug. And not mentioned other one´s that other user reported and still not fixed.
Well if this is not fixed until a week i will want a refund of my money.
Because you can not put a product on the market without testing it seriously i buy it not a beta tester, i spend a lot of time translating both po files from theme and plugin to be able to work on it and know i encountered serious bugs that can take a project down.

You´re absolutely right the plugin should and it´s a most have to be able the client to choose the tax he want to put, if not all the multi vendor purpose of the plugin makes no sense because we are breaking the law, especially in Europe lands.

By the way i translate all into portuguese and some strings arent translated, i edit some php files to translate all theme and plugin.

the probleme is on dokan theme functions.php
replace
load_theme_textdomain( ‘dokan-theme’, get_template_directory() . ‘/languages’ );

by load_theme_textdomain( ‘dokan’, get_template_directory() . ‘/languages’ );

Another bug that found on per product add-on, when i set per item shipping. It does not calculate shipping for 2 3 or more items and the value of shipping is always the same, if i buy one item shipping 5 euros and i update the cart for 2 the value of shipping is the same.
This addon is very buggy do you plan to fix this in a decent timeline?
I have a deadline to implement a solution for a customer with your theme and plugins that i bought recently from you.

Hi are you able to give the alert on cart page instead of checkout reload page, because this is very bad for a customer to see free shipping and then after complete all required fields for complete the order receives an alert that the product is not shipped to his country.
Another thing that the per product plugin should do is shipping cost for 1 unit(example – 5 bucks) and then the shipping costs for extra(same product). Example if a customer buys 2 products(same) and cost for 1 is 5 dolars it will pay 10 for transportation, but if the plugin has that feature the vendor will be able to put values for extra products.

Hi, it does not give the alert. Here´s my seetings on woocomerce i defined wich countries vendors can ship to:

Then a Seller define is shipping settings for a product bur he only ships to portugal and spain:

Then the client goes to the cart and puts his country to calculate is shipping, if it´s from portugal and spain he gets the right shipping options but if its from france he gets free shipping.

Are you telling me that this is not possible?
A can not put several countries to be shipped to and the seller have to sell to all countries that i define on woocommerce, that doesn´t make sense.
I have setup one store for brasil with this plugin https://wphive.com/plugins/woocommerce-correios/for sending options wich makes exactly what yours shoud do because if there´s no destination available the cart gives an error that is not possible to calculate the shipping for that destination and that´s what your plugin should return if a client puts a country that is not defined on the seller dashboard.
