Paul | Hi there, I just wanted to let you know that I have hired a web developer to look into it so there’s no need for you to look into it any further. Thank you for the help |

Paul | The paypal address is definitely correct as it is working with parallel payments, I’m only getting this error message when I switch to chained. |

PayPal Adaptive Payments Questions 66599
Paul | Let me tell you what I need and maybe you can explained what I need to use or do to achieve this, it’s very simple: Customer checks out, the seller is the primary receiver and payment goes to them, the selling fee (commission) goes to me as the secondary receiver. The primary receiver (seller) pays the paypal fee. When seller issues a refund to customer, my selling fee is automatically deducted and credited back to the buyer with it. I need a response as soon as possible, there is no phone support, live chat or nothing, just a forum, it’s pretty ludicrous. I’m on a very tight schedule and cannot be wasting time waiting on you to respond. |

Paul | Also, I have some more questions, When seller refunds a payment, is the selling fee (commission) automatically deducted from my paypal account or do I also need to manually refund the buyer? Furthermore, how do I set it up so that only the seller pays the paypal fee? If all of this was explained in the documentation, I would not need to wait so long on a response which causes huge delays and hold ups for me. Another worry is that the buyer can still open a dispute against me over the selling fee commission they paid to me. This is far from a sustainable solution. |

PayPal Adaptive Payments Questions 66597
Paul | Hi there, Ok so after hours and hours of figuring things out all by myself as quite frankly, Dokan support seems to be less than useful and the guide you directed me to contains minimal amount of information, I had to search elsewhere for more detailed instructions. Anyway, I have finally managed to set up PayPal Adaptive parallel payments. However, upon testing, I can see that this is simply splitting the payment and sending it to two or more receivers, no-one is the primary receiver. Two payments show up in the buyers paypal account, one to the seller and one to me the admin, How do I make it so that the payment goes to the seller as the primary receiver and then the commission to me the seller as the secondary receiver. P.S: It would be good to get a faster response as I’m trying to run a business here and the response time seems like it has not improved since the last time I needed ”help”. Thank you |

Paul | I have already read that Nayem, that’s why I am asking these questions, the document does not cover these points. In parallel payments, it mentions nothing about who the primary receiver is. It states ”A parallel payment is a payment from a sender that is split directly among 2 receivers” but who is the primary receiver? It also mentioned nothing about refunds. That’s a fairly poor response, Thank you |

Problem with seller vacation and withdrawal threshold 66380
Paul | Hi there Nayem, Ok, I understand but I will still get the rest of the features, particularly the withdrawal threshold? Whilst I’m here and just to be sure, how exactly does the withdrawal threshold feature work? Where can I read info on how this feature works and it’s correct settings? Thank you |

Paul | Hi there Nayem, Ok, I understand. Upon further testing it seems when using the new plugin, most of the custom changes remain, however, it’s when the newest version of the theme is installed that issues appear. Therefore, is it possible to simply install and use the latest version of the plugin with the older version of the theme? Thank you |
