I could find function dokan_seller_reg_form_fields() in Dokan-plugin/includes/template-tags.php.

BUt, I assume line 478-481 may not correct…

My template-tags.php.php’s line 478-481 is like this.

I assume you are using more latest version.

I’m using Dokan – Multi-vendor Marketplace ver 1.3.

I have met same phenomena. and could fix it by “change wordpress site language in General Settings”

Originally, My setting was “Japanese”.
So, I changed language to “English”.

After that, issue is not happen.

Now, I’m thinking how to change site language to Japanese.. ^^;
Anyway, Hope it can make some idea for your issue.
