membie | Hi Nayem, There are a few things that aren’t working on my site now: 1. Stripe payment connect not showing up in the seller dashboard. I tried switching to Dokan theme and it didnt show up on that either. 2. When replying to a support ticket, the page hangs. 3. The live search isn’t working. |

membie | Hi Nayem I have just restored the site, and I uninstalled then reinstalled all Dokan plugins as well as the theme. I bulk deactivated all the plugins to go through them one by one, and it gave me a blank white screen on both frontend and backend, so I fixed this via Cpanel, and found the culprit to be the Dokan plugin. When I deactivate it, the frontend goes blank white. I will send you login details and FTP now 🙂 |

membie | You deleted the wrong theme. Can you please let me know what time you deleted it so I can restore the site at the correct restore point to get the theme back? |
