PayPal Adaptive Payments Not Working 32155 | |
Kim | Just wanted to let you know that we have resolved this. We found a great programmer on Fiverr. Took him 8 hours to fix but works perfectly now 🙂 This is still a problem you need to fix for the other members though. |

Kim | Let me explain exactly how the error occurs… I put items in my cart from 5 different sellers. I go to the checkout page. I choose PayPal Adaptive The first time works fine. But then if I leave PayPal (or if I click the link on PayPal that allows you to cancel the order and return to the merchant) The next time that I try to checkout through PayPal Adaptive I get an error. The error occurs because the number of ‘sub-orders’ doubles. THAT is the problem. The number of sub-orders should not double. |

Kim | No. As I’ve stated above. The purchase ONLY works on the first try. If I leave PayPal without paying, then go back to the site to finish the checkout process through PayPal Adaptive – PayPal gives an error. This does NOT happen with the standard PayPal! Could you PLEASE take a look at it for us. We need to get this fixed. |

Kim | Quick update… I’ve been doing a lot of testing to try and figure out what’s going on. One thing that I have noticed is that I’m able to get it to work properly IF I clear all pending orders HOWEVER, if I leave PayPal. Come back to the site and try to checkout again – I ALWAYS get an error. So hopefully this might help you to troubleshoot the problem. – Kim |

Kim | Well… I thought I might have figured it out. I did a guest checkout and everything worked perfectly. But then after doing some more testing (while logged in) – PayPal continues Even when there are only 3 receivers, I still can get an error. Can you login to the site and see what might be going on? Login details are in the post above. |

Kim | Hi Sekander, I’m not sure how many receivers are being mentioned in the logs. But it’s creating an error on PayPal’s side even with just items from You can test it out at http://www.teachervibe.com Here’s one of the errors we get in the WooCommerce log: Receiver PayPal accounts must be unique. If you need our login details just let me know. We’ve changed it from above. Thanks! |

Kim | Also… I’m still sometimes getting a PayPal error because of the “sub-orders” that Dokan creates. In my Woocommerce logs the error shows that there are too many receivers. When there are actually only 2 or 3 receivers. But because of the ‘sub-orders’ – it’s counting it as more. We really need a few fixes here for this to be a usable plugin. I LOVE what you guys are doing. But need a little help here. |

Kim | Ok… so PayPal Adaptive Payments are now working. (Solution posted above.) But there’s one other problem. The PayPal checkout page for Adaptive Payments doesn’t give any information on Here’s an example: Can this be fixed?? Because if I were a buyer I would be confused by the one on the right. It looks like there are other PayPal Parallel Payment Plugins that have more details on the PayPal Checkout Page. Kim | I FINALLY found the solution 🙂 The plugin that is in the download area is not the latest version. I found one that was updated about a week ago here: http://wedevs.com/support/topic/dokan-adaptive-payments-parallel-big-problem/#post-31074 Sekander Badsha provided an updated version there that fixes this problem. So hopefully this version will soon be loaded into the main customer download area. That way no one has to go through the 24-hours of digging and testing that I did 🙂 Cheers, Kim |

Kim | Hi Nayem, I have read through all of the documentation multiple times. I’ve also scoured the forums trying to find a solution for days. I’ve given my login details in a ‘private post’ above so please feel free to login and take a look. I’ve double-checked ALL of the settings, documentation, etc… but something still isn’t right. Please help! |

Kim | None of our orders are working now through PayPal Adaptive Payments. PayPal always goes to an error page: “This transaction is invalid. Please return to the recipient’s website and try again.” |

Kim | Hi Mike, We’re testing it live so we’re not using the sandbox details. The products are all digital. |
