I have the same problem. The paypal email should be included in the registration form when a user signs up (customer and seller, just in case a customer changes to a seller later). If it is included with the registration form, they can’t skip it and the site owner will be assured there are no errors at checkout.

Please tell me what happens in a live site when the seller has the incorrect paypal address or no email address? I am in sandbox mode but I cannot test it. But I do know my beta sellers are reporting that it is difficult to know to put or change their email in their profile… so they do not know to do it and I need to know what happens when they don’t in a live site. Thank you.

I know this – that is my question – a mod or feature request so site owners know if the sellers are doing the right thing.

Please help – I don’t know where to find the seller PayPal email address in Dokan. They sign up, enter their regular email address in the field, then forget to include or change to their actual PayPal address in their Seller Dashboard > Settings > Payment Method. Before approving their product, I need to see that they added a PayPal Email address in the payment method field. I don’t need to edit it, but I need to be sure they set their account up correctly. I can’t see the PayPal field from the Users list or Sellers list. Thanks!

Thanks! I re-installed WordPress (to get rid of any bugs from old themes)
and it’s working better. But I submitted a license activation request for
the site. If possible, could you re-activate my site, worktide.com?

I am still having trouble on my main support thread regarding the child
theme style.css can’t override some css – mainly anything to do with
bootstrap (whenever I inspect element, it shows bootstrap.css overriding
what I need to change).

Also, can I remove General Sidebar from some pages, e.g. –
worktide.com/support and it’s single knowledgebase pages as well? Sales
types of widgets don’t seem to fit as both buyers and sellers will be
viewing and it’s not a shopping page. I’ll also have other pages and each
one I create seems to keep that same sidebar.

I was using this previously but I’m not a coder so I don’t know the part to
replace in the front to make it still work now that I have installed Dokan
theme.

It looks like (other than the license activation and my question about removing the sidebar from some pages), the problem might be bootstrap.css. How do I work with that in relation to things like

body .container {
max-width: 1700px;
}

bootstrap.css

@media
(min-width: 1200px) {
.container {
width: 1170px;
}

My child theme style.css won’t override anything in Dokan’s probably because of this, but I don’t know how to fix it.

Also, could you please check pages, sidebars, and also the uploading of images? I am using Chrome and can’t upload things from the seller end (store cover image, profile photo, product image(s). The site is not very developed so I would consider having it cleared and start from scratch (I would like someone to export and re-import the Requests page though if possible – that was tricky to install). Everything else including database and users can be restored to new if needed. Thanks!
