So it appears that the problem is on our end. How can we convert a csv file
to the correctly formatted xml file so we can provide the info to put
sellers and so we can streamline the process for them?

so the bulk product import will work properly.
That xml file I provided was converted from a cvs file.

That seems to be working.. no longer getting the blank result page, but
when I do an import, the products are not showing in my products.

Hello towhid,

I’m testing this from the frontend of a test store account. I thought that this was what this plugin was designed to do? So if a store owner wants to bulk import his/her products from the dashboard, how they do it? Are you saying that I or someone I assign will have to do it for them?

Where do I go from here since I purchased the plugin from Dokan to allow sellers to be able to upload their products to their store via a .csv file on the frontend?

Hi Brenda,

Go to your WP dashboard.
Click on Settings
Click on Permalinks
Under Common Settings, set your permalink to Post Name
Under Product Permalink Base, set your permalink to Product (if product doesn’t work, try set to Shop Base, but Product should work)

My permalinks were set as “post-name” and “stores”. So I changed them to “post-name” and “products”, hit save and still a blank page. I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, but am still getting a blank page.

Anything else I can try?
