Looks like that worked. Just in case anyone else is running into the same issue, my Permalinks were already set to “Product” so I just re-saved and the 404 issue went away.

Thanks a bunch Mohammed!

I have also logged into the seller dashboard (as a Seller) and none of the side navigation links no longer work (see video below). I haven’t changed or touched any settings recently other than a few settings in the WooCommerce > Checkout area.

What’s going on here? How can this be fixed?

Nayem,

I switched to the WordPress ‘Twenty Fifteen’ theme and don’t see the extra radio buttons at the bottom, but still receive the error when I try to register.

Thank you Nayem, you’ve been of great support over the months.

My main point and concern would be that–regardless of the theme being used, by me or any other customer, the plugin should work seamlessly with most if not all themes. Correct?

I’m just trying to point out any issues I run across in hopes that these issues are already being addressed or fixed in future releases so that other customers don’t run into the same problems.

Do you know what specifically from the current theme would be causing this issue? It seems as though regardless of the theme I choose to use the Dokan plugin with I run into some kind of issue.

If I can identify the issue with the current theme that’s causing this problem then I’d be more than willing to pay or find someone on my own time to fix it for me (as I don’t know what to look for).

P.S. I’m trying to use this theme and not the default WordPress theme. The point of releasing the plugin was so that customers could use it on any theme, but I seem to be running into issues/problems with almost every theme I’ve tried using with the Dokan plugin.

The only shortcode on the /my-account page is [woocommerce_my_account]

I’m pretty sure there’s something with the plugin. I deactivated the plugin and what I showed in the screenshot doesn’t appear. Once the plugin is activated it shows up again.

Can you log in and take a look?

Thank you for the support thus far towhid.

I hope that you take into consideration updates on the Dokan plugin for future releases to:

1) Set a fixed width for seller stores. Many WordPress themes sold these days are responsive/full-width and as I’ve encountered (I’m sure many others will down the road) I’d like for the seller stores to be fixed width rather than full width.

2) Option in the Dokan Plugin to override any other setting that redirects a Seller to their Dashboard by default. Someone non-technical may not be able to follow those instructions provided on the URL you gave me to (http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API/Filter_Reference/login_redirect.)

I’ll post if I have any further questions. Thanks again for the timely support.

Thank you!

– Which file do I put

into?
– How come there’s text showing up at the top and there’s two rows of the same text in a Seller’s store? That shouldn’t be there, right?

– Is there an option in the Dokan plugin to make it so that Seller store isn’t full width? I’d like for the store to be a fixed width like the old Dokan theme/demo. How would I accomplish this if there isn’t an option in the plugin that exists already?

Once these are answered that will solve everything for me. I appreciate the time you’ve taken so far to help provide support!

Additionally, how do I make it so that when a seller logs in they aren’t taken to /my-account/? I’d like it to take them to /dashboard/ after they sign in.

Currently, a seller logs in and is taken to the ‘My Account’ page: http://screencast.com/t/o54YYq19
I’d like for the seller to be automatically taken to the ‘Dashboard’ page: http://screencast.com/t/HDoJl92Ls6U

Thanks

1) Fixed.

2) Just installed a new theme (KLEO WordPress Theme). The product shows up on the front-end of the Seller’s store, but the formatting is still off and the categories, etc. that usually show (with the old Dokan Theme) aren’t appearing.

3) The Products tab when I go into a product still goes full width on the KLEO theme.

For #2 & #3 can you take a deeper look and come up with a fix? I think it’s an issue with the plugin, not the coding or CSS with themes I test with. I’m testing with the KLEO theme per your suggestion however, I will be using the other theme I previously had installed when I first posted these issues.
