You commented on this thread previously, 6 months and 4 weeks ago. Look at page 2.

And rather than mark it as spam, just unsubscribe. Otherwise you’ll find that next time you do actually need support, the email might go into spam.

That’s because you’re subscribed to receive notifications. Unsubscribe via the link on the top right of the blue header and you won’t get them. Almost all forums work like this.

I’ll do some more testing and see if I can narrow it down a little further and come back to you.

That’s right – it seems to be this one file. And I thought I’d come and ask you because it is quote difficult to see what’s going wrong 🙂

Having said that, I have had issues with other files that are over 10MB (although the server allows 16MB). Is there any sort of file size limit that could be causing this?

PDFs are allowed to be uploaded and we have uploaded others successfully in the past. And if I upload it using the media library, it works perfect fine.

We’re also having the same problem. We had already activated it on our development environment and now after moving to the production server, we are receiving the same message.

Could you please deactivate it for us to and reactivate (or advise how to reactivate) for http://www.nodes-interchanges.eu/
