Major Issues With Dokan 27925
Jason | Sounds like a nightmare Paul. I hope you are able to get things resolved. I think I will hold off any updates until we find out more and these issues are fixed. I too think the theme should have been developed further. I can see the logic behind going the plugin route but feel this will be problematic for people due to the shear volume of themes. I doubt Dokan would work with every theme on the market – so keeping it as a theme the way it was is in my opinion a better way forward. |

Major Issues With Dokan 27922
Jason | I too have concerns – especially about upgrading a live working site. I am still running the original version of Dokan but am dreading the update with all the issues various Dokan customers are having. This theme has great potential, but I feel the direction it is heading in as well as the slow support is a problem |

Jason | Hi Mike I do not think this is an issue with Dokan. Our site has been running flawlesley after the initial setup so you may be having server/configuration issues. Maybe a permission setting that is not filtering to the front end? |

Jason | Wow, good skills Sekander. Worked perfectly 🙂 Thanks |
Jason | Hi Kenneth The wordpress addon called Contact Form 7 will allow you to setup a page with a form that contains a file upload section. You seller would then fill out the form (with say name and business name or whatever fields you choose) and then attach the document that would be emailed to you when it is submitted |

Paypal coming to us instead of seller 22987
Jason | Well Mahi… It was a little embarrassing to be honest and totally a mistake on our side! When I signed up for API APP ID, they issue you 2 numbers – a sandbox and live. I loaded the sandbox and forgot to change it when the site went live so we were running sandbox on a live site. This is why the transactions were not going through I thought to double check all the numbers again today and finally tracked the problem down. Apologies to Sk as you wasted time trying t trouble shoot this problem but the mistake was on our end. Will not make that mistake on our next Dokan site! |

Jason | Hi SK Thank you very much for the update. I see the confusion was between the business/personal accounts. I will have a look again, but the screen shot looks promising! Thanks again for the help Regards |

Paypal coming to us instead of seller 22866
Jason | Hi SK Ok I have done another test and it failed again. I have now tried keeping the woocommerce enabled as well as the adaptive just to see if it made a difference but get the same error. |

Paypal coming to us instead of seller 22865
Jason | Hi Sk Sorry for the confusion That was enables yesterday when we tested everything the third time and the money still went to our account. I changed it back after the payments failed so we could continue to potentially receive orders. As the owner we have a business account – why would we need a personal account? This would cause all sorts of issues with payment limits |

Paypal coming to us instead of seller 22809
Jason | Hi Mahi Just test this again and definitely does not work correctly. We are trying to send the full total to the vendor on checkout. We have now got standard paypal selected The money has come to our paypal account and not the seller. Any further ideas please? |

Paypal coming to us instead of seller 22807
Jason | Hi Mahi Thats the way it was set up, then Sk said we must try the adaptive option as per his thread above. When it is set up using the standard woocommerce Paypal system, the money comes to use instead of the vendor. |
