WooCommerce Category Exclude Broken

ced	Excluding categories only seems to work for the first ID. Here's my settings: CHECKBOX NAME ASC EXCLUDE 690,515 <-- These are the two categories to exclude It excludes #690, but still shows #515. If I reverse to 515,690 it excludes #515 but shows 690. Am I crazy? :)
