Why so many bugs

| towhid | I've purchased Dokan a over a couple weeks now and I still have not even used it to launch my business because it has so many common bugs. Why are these bugs not been ironed out considering you have had several updates. Ironing out common bugs would save you time to work on other things than give support on common issues which can be fixed with ease in the source file. The support needs to be quickened up as every day I am discovering an issue with Dokan and average wait is 2 days for a response. After a while it does become a annoying and wonder if I have made the right decision in purchasing your product. I want to launch my business and I expected to pay for the product to receive full functioning product.! Sort your process out and you may achieve better. |

| Hello Mubasher, Can you please give me any referencing topic where you had mentioned that the dokan has bugs and you asked for debugging. Most of the time you asked for customization support. In our policy, we do not provide any customization support. Even after that we have tried to provide suggestion. Thanks |

| ok when I purchase a product I expect it to working and not wasting my time on here. Yes you are correct I have asked for custom work aswel which I know is not your scope but I have asked because your Dokan is missing some basics. secondly I have had following issues: and these are just my problems so far and viewing other peoples comments are not helping when they are experiencing basic errors. |
