Sekander Badsha When the admin approves new authors the avatar of one user is randomly being added to other users too. I am running WPUF as a registration platform and TML.

Hello Kira,
We’ve tested several times and nothing wrong happens. So we need to inspect on your site. Please give your admin credentials as a private reply.

I have logged in to your site and signed up as a user with a user name “badsha_eee” and set a picture of apple as avatar. Approved from admin account.
Nothing gone wrong!

It only happens every once in awhile and I think its because the avatar image the users are uploading are all titled image2.jpg
Hence everyone else with an avatar titled image2.jpg image gets overwritten. Is there a way to have the avatars be uploaded into files based on user that way this won’t conflict? Or have it so the image the user uploads gets renamed in the wp system?

If there’s a problem in our code you should’ve got the error every time. Not now and then. It could be a issue with your other plugins or theme or your hosting. To find out, you may try on a different hosting with a User Frontend Pro and a default WordPress theme. See if the issue remains or not.

If you’re suspecting that the image name is causing the issue, you may use renaming function of WordPress. To do that you may google “rename uploaded files on wordpress with date time”.
