JESLYN Just purchased my Dokan today and realised I couldn't login to the WP-login? Tried registering several times as well but to no avail. It kept indicating - Please enter your first name. Hence, no passwords were being sent to my email. From my understanding, I've to be logged in before accessing the dashboard to key in the license key, right? Anyone could help ? Thanks in advance! :)

Hi Mahi,

Not yet resolved. Now that I do not need to go into WP-login page, but my dashboard still doesn’t show those options listed in the image provided by your documentation : http://i1.wp.com/docs.wedevs.com/assets/0.LicenseKey.png

In short, there’s no admin options in my dashboard at all, and also, the Dokan tab for inputting of Dokan license key.

Anyone able to assist me with my issue here? Dashboard aint showing anything at all. No tabs, no license key input tab etc. Bought my Dokan for 3 days so far and i hv yet to have the chance to kickstart on it. Would appreciate any kind souls’ assistance pls! 🙂

Just figured that I could download the Dokan theme and upload it manually to my WP..
