Sekander Badsha Has anyone managed to get this plugin fully working without hiring a developer or doing major coding tweaks themselves. I would love to see an example. The support has been very slow and certainly not what i expected. I just want to know if anyone managed to get it working out of the box with another template, other than Dokan Theme.

I have tried the plugin with several woocommerce themes but i couldn’t get it working out of the box at least at the front end environment. Guys i believe that many of your clients including Nurul and me have the same problem. Please try to post a guide with a step by step guide how to make dokan plugin work properly.

I have install the Dokan plugin as well and it did mess up my website. when I clicked on automatic Install pages for dokan plugin, it did install them 2x and couple of pages were missing. I just unistalled the plugin and I had for today, Monday for you guys to help me on how to install the plugin properly.
can you pls make that video and help us?

Hi,

I can see the support here is so, so slow. I am very dissapointed for the very slow support.
I will have to ask you for a full refund for the plugin. I did send you an email before to ask if I can purchase the plugin separate and if the plugin is fully functionale. Your answer was yes.

I was really excited to start using the plugin on my new e-commerce website, but now I am dissapointed .

All other customers I am sure they feel the same.

Extremely sorry for slow support. We were in vacation (9 days for two big occasion in our country). Two more support ninja is joining next month hope support will super fast from next month. Definitely dokan plugin is functional with WooCommerce compatible theme except some styling issue on seller dashboard and seller store page. Hi Nizam,

I have sent you my login details. Also, when I log in now it says “Dokan Error: Pleae activate your copy” . Can you please hekp me with that? I had to unistall the plugin the first time. This is the second time I am installing the plugin and it says “Dokan Error: Pleae activate your copy”. I also cliked install my pages and only 2 have been installed.

Hello Julia
Your Dokan Error fixed! I deleted your two extra pages and saved permalink and its working. Please check. Your user role editor plugin can create problem on seller single store page. Anyway now exist only Seller Dashboard css issue. To solve that problem please navigate to dokan plugin folder then assets/css/dokan-extra.css line no 67 and removed the following codes

#wrapper {
	width: 960px;
	margin: 0 auto;
	margin-top: 100px;
}

If you are not able to do that then send me your ftp access i will do that. Thank you..

I have just done that …removing the code…and it does work…thank you very much.

I just have this problem now:

“Error! Your account is not enabled for selling, please contact the admin ”

Can you pls help me to correct that?

and also when I am register with a fake seller account I cannot see the seller dashboard. Why is that~?

Hello Lulia,
If you have turned on “Enable new seller selling” and created and set a page for dashboard, then the seller must be able to see the dashboard page.

Please check from Dokan settings and let me know. Thank you 🙂
