Subscription page has no dashboard menu

Hello Rodolfo,

Make Sure you updated Dokan Plugin v[1.3],Subscription Addon v[1.0],WooCommerce v[2.2.8] and navigate Admin->Dashboard->Settings->Permalinks->Common Settings(Post name) and Product permalink base (product)->Save Changes.

Hope this will solve your problem.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately I can only download Dokan plugin v[1.2] from the dashboard. Where can I find v[1.3]?

Please make sure that you have entered your license key correctly. If you entered your license key correctly then automatically update will available in dashboard. Please let me know.

i am little bit afraid, because, i only have option “erase your license”, and the last time i made this to re-install DOKAN, i had not the possibility to reactivate my license. Nizam had on 7th november re-activate my license ! so maybe i don’t see the update because my activation had made manually by nizam !! can you check ?
Nizam and me were in contact by email on 7th november around 11:00

I updated to Dokan 1.3 and the subscription page (example.com/dashboard/subscription) still has no content. However, if I create a new page and put shortcode [dps_product_pack] it works.

Can you please tell us what to do?

Using Dokan theme 2.1, Dokan plugin 1.3 and Dokan Subscriptions 1.0.
