Sekander Badsha | I get "Oops! That page can’t be found" when clicking on the store list. I'm using 10/18/2014 download of Dokan plugin V1.1 and Dokan theme V2.0. I couldn't find anyone with this problem in forum searches I've done. Sorry if it's already been addressed somewhere but I just can't find it. Thanks! |

Brenda | Hi Steve, thanks for your help. I tried that (can’t recall what the other problem was, but what you suggest fixed the other problem about 3am this morning) but it doesn’t help for the store list problem. I finally got so frustrated with the Dokan theme (but not the plugin) that I went ahead and enabled another theme (Virtue Premium by Kadence) and the store list problem immediately went “poof all is good”. Store list is fine with Virtue theme and Dokan plugin enabled. Store list is not OK with Dokan theme and Dokan plugin enabled. Now I’m just scratching my head over where I can edit the template/layout/menu whatever it is for the individual store owner description/site in my new Virtue-with-Dokan enabled site. Right now when you click on someone’s store, it gives a page that shows me a laundry list of a search window, every page on the site, blog archives, meta, all BEFORE the very nice image and avatar of the seller and his list of wares. I don’t know what template the individual seller profile is pulling up. That seller profile is definitely a Dokan thing, not Virtue, but I can’t seem to get at it. I’ll probably open another “help” plea on this one shortly if I can’t figure it out. Thanks, |

Nayem | Hi Brenda, Can you please confirm me which theme do you want to use? if you want to use any other theme except Dokan then you have to make some changes in the CSS file of your theme. If you want to use Dokan then no customization will be required. Please confirm me. I will Provide you the instruction based on your choice. Thank You 🙂 |

Brenda | I stopped using the Dokan theme (now using the plugin only) and the store list works with my non-Dokan theme. It also works with the child theme E-shopper. Go figure, it just doesn’t work with Dokan… So, I’m trying to use either Virtue or Dokan child theme E-Shopper. I am comparing how easy each would be for my sellers to work with. Regarding individual store pages –I went in and edited as note in this topic I started yesterday http://wedevs.com/support/topic/individual-store-pages/ That issue is a Dokan plugin issue, not related to any given theme. My fix was temporary (will have to re-do whenever updating the plugin) You should deal with it for me and other customers by updating the plugin properly. Thank you, |
