Site crash & parse error after update

mojomo | Hi, I tried to update to the latest Dokan version, but it crashed my site. I get a blank screen and this error message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '||' (T_BOOLEAN_OR), expecting ')' in /www/htdocs/w011c96d/boobiebazaar/wp-content/plugins/dokan/includes/functions.php on line 1607 Any advice? |

mojomo | I tried a new update today. Seems like you changed something, at least the page is not going blank, which is a progress. However, I am facing new issues in the frontend now. The code in the functions.php is the same as you posted, but it extends over two lines and for some reason the second line isn’t numbered. So it starts out with line 1607, then the code continues in the line below, but this line has no number, then the following line is 1608. There are several lines in this file that are not numbered. Could this cause problems? |

mojomo | I installed version 2.2.1 yesterday and described the result above. The unnumbered lines might be causing the issues, but I don’t know. I exchanged the functions.php again. All lines are numbered before the upload, but once it’s on my server there are blanks inbetween as described above. I don’t know how this is even possible. Unfortunately, the new upload didn’t solve my frontend problems (crashed dashboard column). |

towhid | Hello Mojomo, I did not need to visit your provider because I can now login to your site backend with the details you had provided to me. But I did not notice any error you have mentioned in the earlier post. Can you please download Dokan Version[2.2.2]. Even though if you have any error in current Dokan version but to update a new version which can save you from existing error and let me know the result. Thank you 🙂 |
