Shop name NOT username

Make sure you have set your permalinks as post name and product. Please navigate to Settings->Permalinks and Set your permalinks as Post name and Product. Please check and let me know.

Sorry for the misunderstanding earlier post. As per the dokan settings Username will show at url but not shopname. Shopname will be show at banner page. You can check our demo – http://demo.wedevs.com/dokan/?preview

So, I don’t understand what you mean??
When a Customer requests to be a Seller, there is a field that he/she needs to write his/her store/shop name in the URL, but that is not what is being displayed. Regardless what what you put in that URL field, the username will appear. Please have a look for yourself.

What I was trying to say you that If you write anything in Store Name field from seller settings page, it will be show up at banner in seller frontend. But seller username will show-up in url not at seller store name. Please check this user – http://demo.wedevs.com/dokan/store/towhidd/?preview then you will understand clearly.

So, what you are showing here in this page where Customer turns into Seller is not true! As you’d see on below image, it clearly shows that when you type something in Shop URL, it gets checked for availability and it shows the link right below it with the shop name, not the username. But somehow when you submit this, it shows the username on the Shop link not the link that was displayed in the first place.
I hope I’m being clear.

Please open includes/wc-functions.php in dokan plugin and find $user->add_role( 'seller' ); and after that line please add this line : $user_id = wp_update_user( array( 'ID' => $user_id, 'user_nicename' => $data['shopurl'] ) );
