Sharing fields between user roles

Andrew	Hi. Is it possible to share the same fields (by using the same meta key) on more than one user registration form? I ask because we need to have custom user profile fields for members, but some of the fields are applicable to all members. We could create different fields on each user role profile form, but then what would happen if a user upgraded to a different user role? Would they need to re-enter all of their information again?

Mahi	You mean Global fields for all registration form? Sorry, its not possible currently. If you setup fields with same meta_keys then, NO they don’t have to re-enter information.

Andrew	Hi Mahi. I mean text fields in multiple forms containing the same meta key (intentionally). Is this okay to do? I have tried it and it seems to be, but wanted to double-check. Best wishes, Andrew.
