Mahi | Hi,
We've finally reached the stage where we need to take Sandbox mode off, and have entered the credentials for the main API. Unfortunately, when I reach the payment section of the cart, I see This transaction is invalid. Please return to the recipient's website and try again. . This is the first time we've used PayPal's API/APP settings, so I may need some help :)
I've filled in the details as follows:
1, 2 & 3 - I got these logging into my merchant account, going to Profile > Selling Options > API access:
1 - API Username
2 - API Password
3 - Signature
For number 4, I went to developer.paypal.com & got the Client ID from Live Credentials.
What am I doing wrong? :(
Thanks a lot! |

Mahi | 1. Have you applied for Adaptive Payment @ paypal? 2. Your Application got approved? 3. Make sure all your sellers have approved paypal emails? |

Paul | Good point, we’re missing 1 & 2. Thanks! I’ll let you know if I have any problems once that’s sorted. |

Paul | Hi Mahi, I think I now have the necessary items. I went to apps.paypal.com & created an app, and now have an App ID. But where do I get the other details from, did I already take them from the correct place? Thanks! |

Mahi | Then, not approved yet. You can use sandbox details now for testing. |

David | Can you please update me on the availability of adaptive payments? I am wanting to create a surcharge scenario where I charge a flat rate per transaction. Also can you advise me on multiple cost levels? For example offer a free account and charge a percentage of the sale or just charge them a monthly fee and they can sell as much as they want! |

Mahi | @David – please open a separate topic next time as it helps us to keep track customer support 🙂 you can get an idea about Paypal adaptive payments scenario here: http://wedevs.com/18319/paypal-adaptive-payments-add-dokan/ regarding Subscription package – we already build an add-on. Its on testing process. Should be available here very soon. |
