Sk | I recently had my site up and running and things were working perfect. I noticed in the support topics one about permalinks and changed my permalinks. After that happened, I no longer had the ability to edit product listings as a customer, some areas within my pages will not let me edit anymore, I cannot add sliders for my homepage, and it also made it so that my shop pages do not show and say they cannot be found when you click on the sellers shop. I need help asap to get this fixed. |

Jason | Hi David. I assume you have tried to change the perma links back to what they were when the store worked for you? |

Mahi | @David – you are using too many plugins! Something is conflicting. Can you please deactivate all of them and check which one conflicting? |

David | That didn’t seem to be an issue until I changed the permalinks and now I have this issue, It wont let me add images to posts like the slider, and wont let me click the screen options tab, I cannot edit products as a seller and shops are not working. I have deactivated the recent plugins that I installed and it has not fixed the issue. Before I changed the permalinks I had all but 2 of the plugins installed. I now have deactivated the last 10 plugins that were installed and were working until now and it is still not working. Are you saying all I have to do is deactivate the plugins one by one until it auto corrects itself? I also updated wordpress version, could that of been the issue? When I deactivate the plugin that is having the issue, will it fix its self, and are the permalinks currently correct? |

Mahi | after deactivate all plugins please re-save your permalink again. make sure your .htaccess file is writable. |

David | I will check on that, I just logged out of everything and logged in and now the shop pages are showing up, you can now edit the product and those are working. At the moment I still cannot click the screen options tab, and I cannot upload an image into the slider area under dokan slider. |
