Seller PayPal address

Nayem | Hi! I know it may be for security reasons, but I want to make sure the seller has entered a PayPal address. I'm okay if they use their own personal address for the email field, but I can't tell from the User list nor from the Seller list if they entered their PayPal email address so they can get paid. I don't want to edit it, but I need to be able to check if they entered it before I approve their products. Thanks! |

Carissa | Please help – I don’t know where to find the seller PayPal email address in Dokan. They sign up, enter their regular email address in the field, then forget to include or change to their actual PayPal address in their Seller Dashboard > Settings > Payment Method. Before approving their product, I need to see that they added a PayPal Email address in the payment method field. I don’t need to edit it, but I need to be sure they set their account up correctly. I can’t see the PayPal field from the Users list or Sellers list. Thanks! |

Carissa | I know this – that is my question – a mod or feature request so site owners know if the sellers are doing the right thing. Okay, then please tell me what happens in a live site when the seller has the incorrect paypal address or no email address? I am in sandbox mode but I cannot test it. But I do know my beta sellers are reporting that it is difficult to know to put or change their email in their profile… so they do not know to do it and I need to know what happens when they don’t in a live site. Thank you. |

Nayem | If seller put the incorrect PayPal account then payment will transfer to the wrong account. And it is not difficult to change the email from the seller profile. Just they have to navigate to Dashboard-> Settings and change the e-mail for PayPal if that was wrong or incorrect. Thank you 🙂 |
