Nayem | Wordpress updated this morning & since then the categories option is empty (Seller Dashboard - Add New Product - Choose A Category - No categories) All product categories are still visible on the main menu and in WooCommerce when you add a product, but the Dokan Frontend Add Product - Choose a category shows no options and only shows 'No Categories'. This means that sellers are unable to add products. Please help asap. Carla |

Carla | Thanks for your response, I have disabled each plugin in turn, still with no luck. Hopefully your developers can help tomorrow as no seller can upload a product until it is finished. Many thanks, Carla |

Brenda | A temporary work-around seems to be to allow only single category in the dokan settings. This bypasses the problem. As marketplace owner/admin, go to Dokan>settings>category selection [dropdown menu] select “single” and save. We need each product to be able to have multiple categories, but this works for us to allow sellers to continue to work on their products. They can select any of the categories, of course, but only one for each product. We can input the other categories for them on the back end, they must send us support request to do this. Temporary work-around. I hope it helps others to know this. |

Carla | My sellers are starting to sell elsewhere because our site won’t let them put new products on, this has brought my site to a stop, I really hope the fix is almost ready. |
