Reports Icon Disappeared

| towhid | Hello there, just a quick one. I have the dokan theme and plugin installed and I've just noticed recently that in the dashboard area and on the dashboard menu at the top of the page the small icon for the reports link isn't being displayed? all other icons are fine other than reports. Anyway you can direct me to the right place or if there is a reason why this might be happening? Kind Regards Gary |

| Hello Gary, Try to inspect the icon by firebug add-on of the browser and check you have are in the css. Thank You 🙂 |

| Hi there, so I used firebug and could see which was in file /wp-content/plugins/dokan/assets/css/font-awesome.min.css which was ok. I’m not sure which style file you mean sorry. I checked /wp-content/plugins/dokan/assets/css/style.css if that’s where you mean? But I couldn’t find that code there which you mentioned? I am using a Child Theme if that makes a difference? Do you mean a style file in the theme or am I looking in the dokan plugin file? All other icons are showing no problem, it just seems to be the report icon which is missing. Thank you |

| Thanks, I’ve provided login details. When you’re there I also posted in another topic about how the dokan addon import export is not working correctly either, it displays the tools option in the dashboard, but when I click on the area it just returns a blank page. As you can see, all my plugins are all up to date as well. Thanks for this, any issues, just let me know. Kind Regards |

| Hello Gary, The ftp details you provide is not working for me. But I am able to login to dashboard perfectly. I have also seen the report icon is not showing in the dashboard. This “\f201” icon code may be using somewhere else. So it is conflicting with the report icon. You can also diagnosis this inconsistency by deactivate all other plugin except dokan and let me know. Thank You 🙂 |
