Tareq Hasan | Are you using some other plugins? The plugin uses ajax for form submission and seems like the callback is somehow renamed. Can you try disabling other plugins? |

Tareq Hasan | So seems like your theme is doing some magic and the plugin doesn’t work. May be you should ask to your theme author for support (if it’s a premium one). |

javiersl | The Author Theme says now what? Can you see what the problem is? And I’m in the middle of you and the author of the theme and no one gives me solution. 🙁 |

Mahi | Hello, We would love to help you out here, but digging a complete new theme codes and fix bugs is out of frame support and time costly. |

Tareq Hasan | Hi Javier, the problem is as follows: The plugin uses ajax for submitting the form and it expects a response when the submission is complete. Then the response is handled by the plugin with a function to decide whether to redirect or show a message. But the problem with your theme is that, your theme is creating a callback function by itself and for that WPUF can’t handle the response by itself. The callback function is handling the response and it’s added by your theme somehow I don’t know. So the spinning icon in the registration form continues spinning because it doesn’t know what to do next. So I can’t give you a solution as the problem is not created by the plugin, your theme is responsible for that. Hope you understand the fact. |
