Question about invoice plugin : WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips

actually, this plugin generate one invoice for the main order, and one invoice for each sub-order, for a compagny it’s no good, you can’t generate three invoices for the same order (with sub-order)

i need : for one order (with sub-order or not) generate only one invoice.

let me know if you can do it ?

1 )can you tell me how you can generate sub-order with error ! and displayed to the customer.

If you can’t generate right information on the sub-order, so you have to hide the sub-order to the customer.

2) can you tell me what are you going to explain to the vendor, who will not see the amount of shipping on his sub-order !

3) i wanted to use local shipping, but Towhid suggest to me to use shipping per product,, i did it, but now you told me that you can’t do nothing to find a solution !!

you make a good work, but for you information, i’m a project manager in IT, and i can tell you, that when i delivered application, this application run perfectly, without any problem.

Your application is complicate..ok, but i can’ t lauch my website, with this kind of error, and not according of French law !

please try to find a solution.

I have tested the “WooCommerce PDF Invoices and Packing Slips” add-on. I can see the admin can generate a invoice for the total order. So I could not find any error or issue with order or sub order.

I have tested the coupon and vat issue and will try to get this fixed ASAP. We are giving first priority to your issues. But the issues you mentioned are bit complicated that is why we are requiesting more time. So please have patience.

in this topic, there are more than one problem.

just my reply to woocommerce pdf invoice add on.

For ONE compagny (at least in FRANCE), when you have an order, you have its invoice attached. So

one order = one invoice.

But in the case of this plugin, an invoice is generated for each order (ok) but for the sub-order too,

with a new different number ! and for a compagny it is not good ! You can’t have several invoices for the same order. the customer will paid you only one invoice, and for a compagny, you can’t have invoice without payement.

so the problem is here.

i know that, actually, if i have order and sub-order, i have invoiceS , but it’s no good for a compagny.
The rule is : one order (with sub-order or not) = one invoice

so Can you tell me if you can do something to suppress the generation of invoice for sub-order ?
