Hello, When Sellers create Variable Products, the new products do not show the price on the product page. Variable Product Set-up: Price Not Showing: If the Seller Edits the product and Edits and Saves one of the Variations - even if you don't make any changes - then the price displays on the product page: Again, we made no changes to the product other than re-saving one of the variations and saving the product again to get the price to display. We have verified the issue on our test site with the the latest versions of Dokan plugins and Woocommerce only. How can this be fixed? Thanks.

Hi Nayem,

We saw that it was working with the default theme. We started testing plugin compatibility and during testing, the fix you implemented stopped working. We deactivated all other plugins, except Dokan and Woocommerce plugins, but now the product varation price shows as “Free” even when you enter in the price for the variations.

We’re not sure what was changed to make this start happening. Can you please take a look?

Thanks.

Hello,

We did not change or fix anything. I have checked and found that there is a CSS issue and inform you about that.

Hi Nayem,

Where do you see the CSS issue? Why would CSS cause the price to show as “FREE” instead of $10? This is affecting multiple themes, including the Dokan theme.

How can this be fixed?

Thanks.

Please do not mess up those posts. The first issue was- price not there. That was the CSS issue. Then now you are facing free price.

Please make sure that you have inserted regular price in your each variation. I will check your site again.

Hi Nayem,

We weren’t sure what CSS errors you were referring to. We didn’t make any changes to CSS. We have double checked that the prices are entered for the variations.

We have disabled SSL and you should be able to login now.

Thanks.

I did not get any “Free” price issue. Here is the product I have created- http://dev.montanasmarketplace.com/shop/test-variable-product/.

Hi Nayem,

We were just able to duplicate the issue:

Here is the screenshot showing variable prices set:

What could be causing this?

We enabled the test account to publish products directly and were able to duplicate the issue: http://dev.montanasmarketplace.com/shop/test-18/

Thanks. What needed to be done to fix store support? The live site has the same problem and we need to migrate the fix.

Please keep us updated on when we can expect a solution for the variable products as it is also happening on the live site.

Hello,

You can use the same add-on file in your another site. You can move the add-on to your production site.
