Nayem Hi, everytime I save the Product permalink Base to PRODUCT it defaults straight back to Custom Base, meaning that no images will upload. The Common Setting is set to Post Name, and the Optional settings are all blank. Am I doing something wrong? I need this urgently as the site is due to go live very soon, and this was not a cheap theme, if there is no way of fixing the issue how do I get a refund as Dokan is currently rendered useless. Thank you in advance for your help. Carla

It seems that if I set the Administrator up to have Seller permissions I can use the Seller dashboard to upload images but if I log in as a ‘Seller’ I cannot, I get the message: An Error occurred in the upload.Try again later. It then logs the seller out.

I have disabled all plugins and the issue remains?

Surely somebody is around in the support team?

I sorted this by turning off SSL in Woocommerce if anybody else has the issue.

Hello Carlea,

1.Please check your .htaccess files for rewrite rules.
2.Please check your file permissions and assure that they are 644 or greater.
