towhid | Hi there, I'm using Dokan 2.1 on my site (and can't really update to the new version until weDevs fixes the identified shipping issues) and have been told by folks testing the site that the product pages (on first load) load to the footer/bottom of page rather than to the product. Need a fix on this asap--very unprofessional looking. Works fine on iPad and PC in FF/Iceweasle but problem on IE (windows 7) and chrome (windows 8) and problem in all apple platforms except iPad. Here's a link to a product page http://bit.ly/1FbYyA1 Has anyone else had this problem? What can I change to fix? Please don't say "update to latest Dokan" since that has OTHER problems that are serious. thanks. |

Brenda | taken social links out, related product out, anything in footer or on product page that could be messing with the page load. Any ideas? |

Brenda | Problem was widget-related, not theme or Dokan. Please close this thread (feel free to delete it to avoid confusion for Dokan users searching for answers here.) |

towhid | Hello Brenda, I have tried to reproduce this issue but failed. If the issue still persists then check for your theme or plugin conflicts. You can disable all your plugins except Dokan and switch to a default theme of WordPress like – Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen and let me know the results. Thank you 🙂 |

Brenda | Hi Towhid –as I mentioned in my previous post, the problem was widget-related (in particular a SiteOrigin widget) causing the problem.) Feel free to close/delete the thread. |
