gpspake | I'm using wpuf 2.1.8 and 404 Redirected and the 404 plugin seems to be causing some issues with the frontend dashboard functions. 404 redirected is preventing users from editing or deleting posts from the frontend dashboard because it is redirecting links to the base url. If anyone has any ideas, please share. I'm going to see if I can figure out how this is happening and if I can add any code to wpuf to prevent it. Otherwise I'm just going to scrap the 404 plugin and try a different one. |

Mahi | Honestly, i will recommend you to make a custom 404 page rather than use any plugin! Resources here : 1. http://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_an_Error_404_Page 2. http://wp.tutsplus.com/tutorials/how-to-create-a-simple-404-error-page-for-wordpress-themes/ |

gpspake | Thanks for the quick response! I spoke too soon, there was actually a setting I had to change to get it working. We’ve read through a lot of the 404 documentation but liked this plugin because it automatically catches and logs 404s and sets up a redirect to the post the user was most likely trying to access. All is well. |
