membie | I just talked to the people at paypal. The developer said there is a problem with the plugin somewhere. I have input all of my information correctly according to him and I get this error code at checkout: This transaction is invalid. Please return to the recipient's website and try again. Upon inspection the paypal developer said the site url at checkout is not generating pay keys for transactions. The website url says: https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/webscr?cmd=_ap-payment&paykey= There should be a number after the equal sign that is not generating. Any idea how to fix this? Rachelle |

Tareq Hasan | Hello Rachelle, I’ve pushed an update of adaptive payment plugin. Can you please download again and test if it’s working or not? |

Rachelle | I don’t see an update. There is no update listed in my plugin page or on my Dokan add on page. Is there a certain way I should locate the updates you’ve pushed to them? |

Jay | Go to your MY ACCOUNTS up top here at Dokan and download the plugin and reinstall it. |

Rachelle | Thank you. I did that and reinstalled the plugin and I still get an invalid transaction notice when trying to purchase. I’m still not getting a paykey to show up in the url, which is what the paypal developer said was the problem. :/ Edit: Sorry for the duplicate post. I hit reply on the email and then posted it here not realizing replying to the email would post it here. I would delete the duplicate but I don’t see that option. I’m sorry. |

Jay | Did you get the APP-ID from apps.paypal.com? Did you also get your API username, password and signature from paypal.com? Are you a verified business? |

Rachelle | Yes. All the information including the sandbox information is correct. I verified it with PayPal over the phone. Is it something I need to do in the listings? I have all items listed as in stock with only one to be purchased at a time. |

Jay | ill test it out, one sec |

Jay | remove the sandbox details and try going live. |

Rachelle | I can’t go completely live yet because I am only approved conditionally because I requested chained payments which takes like 7 days to get approval for. I got the same error code when I removed the sandbox settings. |

Rachelle | The paypal developer guy I talked to said I shouldn’t get the transaction is invalid error code at all. He said I should get a different error code if I tried to purchase and I wasn’t approved yet. He said it all had to do with no pay key generating when you clicked checkout and it was a problem with the plugin. I don’t know. :/ |

Jay | it should still work, it says conditionally approved. I could take a look if you want me to of the admin. you have my email in your store as I registered there. |

Rachelle | Thanks Jay for the assistance. I changed everything over to parallel payments to test it out and updated my new settings and I’m still getting the same invalid transaction error code. After fooling with it for a few hours I have put it to the side for now. If anybody has any suggestions on what I might need to tweak to make this work I will gladly try anything. 🙂 |
