Paul Hi there, I am using using old Dokan theme version 1.0.6 with the old woo commerce version and I'm experiencing some major bugs with the sales process. I set up a test seller account and listed an item for sale for $1. When I purchased the item from a test buyer account, the seller was credited with $2 instead of 1. I tried testing it again and the same thing happen, incorrect figures were being shown in the sellers back office and orders were not even showing under the orders tab. It's a complete mess and does not work correctly. Sellers are being awarded the wrong amount of money for the sale and some orders are not even showing up. The sales chart/summary is also inaccurate and not working. It just seems to be all over the place. Please can you take a look and fix this as soon as possible. Thanks Paul

I have also discovered more bugs. When I done a test purchase, adding items and purchasing items from multiple sellers, one seller did not receive the email informing them of the sale and the other received the wrong mail.

It seems to be bug after bug after bug.

Please help me to resolve this asap.

2 days, still no reply, this is really bad ”support”

If this support does not improve, I will expect a full refund. This support is terrible.

How many customers need to complain about the support before you actually do something about it?

It’s such a shame because you really do have a great product but your company and support is shockingly bad.

You have cost me yet another 2 days of time I will never get back, I cannot move forward with anything until these major bugs are fixed and the theme is working correctly.

Hey again Paul! I’m still waiting for a reply to my problems too. It’s been 3 WEEKS now. Absolutely RIDICULOUS since I’ve lost over $100 now in server fees since my site STILL isn’t working.

What’s worst is that I had a reply 2 weeks into my question, I responded to their support inquiries and then they never got back to me.

Hey Richard,

3 weeks, wow, that’s shocking. I know exactly how you feel, I have spent hundreds of dollars paying a developer to fix several bugs and problems because Dokan provides no support whatsoever.

Yep, that sounds about right, it takes forever to get a response and forever to resolve issues.

Completely unacceptable. They cannot treat their paying customers like this.

It’s a shame because the product is good but the company is the let down. I would not recommend Dokan or wedevs to anyone.

Terrible terrible support, the worst I have ever experienced.

I understand that nothing in life works perfectly but what is extremely frustrating is having to wait days or weeks in your case just to get a response. It slows down progress significantly.

I’m at the stage where I’m looking into other options and if I have to pay a developer to build a similar theme from scratch, I will be expecting a full refund plus a refund on the add ons I purchased.

Disgraceful.

Hello Paul,

I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience. I have seen your previous topics and seen that you had upgraded to WooCommerce 2.2+ and that might modified your order table structure. That’s why you are receiving this errors. And the mail issue was fixed in the plugin.

Would you mind if I upgrade your site with latest version of Dokan Plugin, Dokan Theme and WooCommerce Latest version? If you want me to do this for you, please provide your login details by using this form -http://wedevs.com/provide-login-details/.

Thank you for having patience. 🙂

PS: Richard, you can do the same 😉

Hi there Sekander,

But if you do that, I will loose all the custom changes that I paid the
developer to make.

Thanks
Paul

Don’t worry, I’m not in a rush but I have to get some sleep as I have been
up all night as its 9.30am here in the UK and I’m very tired. Therefore, if
I don’t respond within the next few hours, it’s because I’m sleeping. I’ll
be back on later tonight though.

Thanks
Paul

I’m glad that we’re at least making progress Paul! I have sent my login details too. Feel free to upgrade my website as you like. The only thing I ask is that my child theme changes remain in tact and all of my pages and plugins if possible.

Thanks for getting back to us 🙂

Yes, I agree Richard and I must say, since getting a hold of the support team they have been very very helpful indeed. It’s great! Thanks very much.
