towhid Hello. New problem for me. Only registered and connected user can send mail using the Shop contact form widget. How to allow all people to send mail to a vendor please ? I need that anyone who visits the site can contact a seller . Although he has no account on the site . Thank you.

Hello Simon,

Contact seller works for a not only registered user but also guest user as well as.

Make sure you the hosting mail server is working perfectly.

I have created an seller account on your site and I have sent an email through contact seller to my seller email id then I have got an email successfully including name, message, sender email id.

OK it works when you are connected. Please Try to send it agen when you are not connected to a user account you will see that don’t work.

I just do the test without being logged in you will see that you will not receive my email . I have also been no confirmation message but the text has disappeared as if he had been sent .

There is no prompt for user to register or login when they send the message? The message is market as sent and does not display any error reporting. Is this issue going to be fixed? If so, when?

To continue my original subject. I just tested the demo Dokan site and the problem is the same . It does not work , email is not sent and no confirmation message sent successfully .
