Director | I am trying to load my form in a modal box and I just keep getting a " # " added to the end of my url and nothing happens when I try to fill out my form. Is there anything special I need to do in order to load my form in a popup/modal? Thank you, Ellie |

Elizabeth | Sorry….one last post. I am assuming this is a js error. I found this post: http://wedevs.com/support/topic/insert-photo-and-upload-file-buttons-not-working/ that says: “Head over to the other topics “Image Insert / Image Upload Problem” and download the provided Javascript File. In addition, delete the minified (min.js) version of that file from your server, to make the replaced file work.” But, there is no link. So, I don’t know if that JS file would possibly help? If so, could you provide the file or a link to that file? Thanks |

Director | Hi Sekander, I also have a similar problem. I have a user registration form that works fine when loading from a page but when inserting the shortcode in a popup window (using the ‘WordPress Pop Up Plugin’), the form can be seen but the user is not added in the backend. It doesn’t even seem to be a problem from the front end (which in a way is even worse as the user thinks he/she is now registered). I had the form on my front page but have removed it so it now only appears on a test page: Any support appreciated. Mattias (ArtScope). |

Director | Thanks for your response, I have solved it by using a different popup plugin (ITRO Marketing – much better). |
