Issue with everywhere else shipping on update

Nayem	Hello, I saw you added the 'everywhere else' option to shipping, but it seems to override ALL shipping options already on there. I have shipping down as a test for £0.01 to the UK and £0.10 to everywhere else. When checking out, despite it being a UK address, it defaults to the £0.10 price unless i turn it off completely. I would suggest testing features before releasing them as this could drive away sales if I hadn't checked before going live. Please resolve Thanks, Charlotte
