Nayem | Hi there, when entering the default shipping cost in the dashboard. Or the price of a product in the dashboard i stumble upon a issue. When giving a price of lets say 6,95 and save it becomes 6. When updating product back to 6,95 it works. How to solve this issue? |

Nayem | Hello Erik, Please navigate to Wp admin->WooCommerce->Settings->General. In this tab you will get currency option. Please set the thousand separator as comma(,) and the decimal separator as dot(.). Check the screenshot- |

Erik | I live in the netherlands, here the thousand seperator is a DOT and decimal is a COMMA So how can we fix this so that through the entire site the dot and comma are used correctly and dokan still works like it should? gr Erik |

Nayem | Hello Erik, Currency separator is coming from WooCommerce. So if you set comma as thousand separator and dot as decimal then your seller should use like that. You have to use the same separator when you or sellers are uploading a product. |

Erik | Hi Nayem, that is what i should think also, but this is not the case. When i set . as thousand seperator and comma as decimal seperator and give a price for a product of shipment cost in the dashboard of a seller i get the situation as described in my first post. Gr Erik |

Erik | Hi Nayem, well if a seller would like to sell his product for € 6,95 (whats normal for the netherlands)? whats your suggestion? Use a dot? that means i have to teach every seller that applies for my site that he or she needs to use a dot as a seperator? Thats not really a solution right? Gr Erik |

Nayem | Hello Erik, Actually the main thing is our system has custom table which name is dokan order and dokan withdraw. So in this two table our system calculate all the sellers and admin transaction and everything with the payment. So we can not use multiple separator here because we have to work with lot of payment calculation with different gateways and from the admin backend. So i will suggest you again to put your balance without separator or only use dot. Thanks. |
