towhid Hi guys, I have sellers that just ship to their own country, is there an option for them to set just one country and for the rest of the world to not ship? Something like "Everywhere else -> Not Shipping"? Thanks in advance, Alex.

Hello Alex,

If you select Everywhere else then the product will ship to all over the world. But if you select a specific country then the product will ship to that particular country not all over the world.

Thanks

Hi,

So you basically say I have to define only one country as destination and that’s it. I’ll try to see how this works.

For the locations where is no delivery can I disable the Add to Cart button?

Thanks and regards,
Alex.

Hello Alex,

Yes, you have to select a specific country for the destination.

I am really sorry to say that you can not disable the Add to Cart button where no deliver allowed. Only at the time of checkout, a customer will see a message that he is not allowed to ship a specific country.

Thanks

Sure, no problem,

I tested and you are right, however I want to change that because at the checkout is too late to stop the visitor to place entire order because of one product cannot be delivered,

Do you have planned any change in this area or should I ask for a custom development for this issue?

Thanks & regards,
Alex.

Hello Alex,

I am really sorry to say that we do not have any plan right now. But if you need this feature very much you can hire an experienced developer and make this things for you.

Thanks
