IPN NOTIFICATION FAILURE!!

Nayem My payment was working fine and still receiving payment for subscriptions which have been canceled. Now receiving the following email from PayPal: Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are failing: http://multishopz.com/Shop/my-cart If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

Hello Mubasher,

If you have inserted your IPN URL in PayPal settings then please delete the URL from there. Because Dokan plugin will send the notification URL automatically.

Hello MUbasher,

I have checked this issue in our local site with PayPal sandbox. I saw that when I was cancelling the subscription pack, the payment from PayPal has been cancelled. So, I think to fix your issue I need your site details and also FTP details. Please provide your login details by using this form: http://wedevs.com/provide-login-details/. We will check and if we got the issue in your site we will fix this within 24 hours.

Hello Please check your site and subscription issue. We have update the subscription add-on and fixed all those issues. We have checked with a recurring pack and then we have cancelled from the frontend. After cancelling the recurring pack it has been also cancelled from the PayPal. Check the screenshot-
