towhid | Hello Shen, I have tried to reproduce this issue but failed. It could be a has a chance of theme or plugin conflicts. You can disable all your plugins except Dokan and switch to a default theme of WordPress like – Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen and let me know the results. Thanks |

wei shen | Hi Towhid, I did what you said but still got the same error message. Only woocommerce and dokan plugin activated and use Twenty fourteen theme. I rechecked the order list. Even though there is a error message appears and no redirection to the next step. If I go to my orders page, the order is already there. And if click on the “pay” option at right, I can pass the order without any error. Hope I describe the problem clear enough. Thanks |

wei shen | Hi, Until now I am still in early stage, so no payment option yet. I use only payment when delivery option. One product or several product from one seller is ok. The problem happens only when I order from multiple sellers. It’s a little bit complexe in my case. If you have no idea immediately, could you please offer me a solution such as add a popup message. This message appears when user order a product from different seller comparing to the product of seller in the cart. It’s not a perfect solution, but I could at least launch the business in a short time. Thank you for help. |

In this case, How could I distinguish these orders seperately? Is there a alternative solution? Thank you for your help. |
