Image slider doesn't work on iPad

towhid Hi I have noticed that the image slider doesn't work on my iPad - no image appears. Obviously this doesn't look good. I am using the latest dokan plugin and the latest Dokan theme. Could you please advise a fix? Thanks much Neen

It also doesn’t work on my Samsung Galaxy s4 – perhaps it doesn’t work on all many mobile devices. Many if my customers are in phones and tablets. Please fix. Thanks much

I have tested responsive issue of those devices you mentioned with Chrome Developer Mobile Emulator Tool but did not get any inconsistency. Can you please provide me the site link then I can check once again.

Hi, the site is http://www.cellardooronline.com.au. I’ve tested it on a few mobile devices, including android tables and ipads, and it doesn’t look good. Any advice appreciated.

Hello Neen,

I have able to login your site successfully. I have noticed one thing you did not yet install woocommerce plugin. Please install Woo-commerce first then install dokan plugin. If dokan plugin installed prior then please update with latest version and let me know when done. After I will go for diagnosis the problem.

Ofcourse I ahve woocommerce installed! That’s ridiculous, the site wouldn’t work at all without woocommerce??? Or am I misunderstanding you? I HAVE woocommerce installed. If you could please look into why my slider isn’t working on mobile devices I’d be grateful.

did YOU uninstall woocommerce????THis is INSANE! you have destroyed my site!!! This is a new level of despicable for what is a very expensive plugin that has taken a year to get to the point where its close to usable. WHAT DID YOU DO to my site???

YOU decactivated WooCommerce!! it IS installed, but you must have deactivated it. I have reactivated it, and the site is fine. But OMG what were you thinking??? and how is this good support? YOU took my site offline!!! How long was it that way???

PLEASE look into the slider. And don’t touch anything else!

I am really sorry for the inconvenience. But true fact is I did not touch anything on your site. I just login on your site and noticed that woocommerce is not installed and log out then. But whatever, I have fixed the slider issue can you check please. I have just upload a test image. Please upload your desire image in slider section. You were tried to upload “http://localhost/beersotted/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/newbanner1.jpg” this image but it is not in server. So slider is not showing.

Thank you very much for the fix, and explaining the problem. Much appreciated. I am concerned at how woocommerce was deactivated, as I am the only person with access to the admin on the webstie, and I definately did not do it. Nevertheless, you have resolved my problem ( my silly error) and for that I am grateful.
