getting processing email for every items in the cart individual

towhid | Hello Team, I have add 3 items in the cart and after checkout. I am getting 4 email for processing order notification. 1 email for all the 3 items in the cart summary and other 3 emails for individual item in the cart receiving one by one continuously. I need only one email notification for the summary of all items. How to do that? Thanks. |

towhid | Hello Farhan, I have tried to reproduce this issue but failed. Make sure you had properly configured Dokan settings. If the issue still persists then check for your theme or plugin conflicts. You can disable all your plugins except Dokan and switch to a default theme of WordPress like – Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen and let me know the results. Thank you 🙂 |
