Emails not formatted in html

Nayem	All the notification Emails that I receive are received as unformatted html code, I basically see this (html edited so i can post it here): table cellspacing=0 width=600 style="padding: 0; border-top: 2px solid #3598db;" tr td style="background: #ededed; height:82px; padding-left: 50px; width:50%;"

Nayem	Hello, Please navigate to Wp admin->Project manager->Settings->Email settings and set your email format as “HTML”. Thanks.

Jesus	OK, I have done that but then I do not receive emails, If I switch back to plain text messages I do recive the emails. I have WP 4.2.2

Tommaso	after changing PLAIN to HTML and saving many times the body of the mail is fine. BUT subject of the email has this code: =?UTF-8?Q?
