Email Notification Issues

I'm having trouble on the email notification feature of WP Project Manager plugin. When using self hosted emails (i.e. myname@selfhostedsite.com) for recipients users, notifications are not received. Really need your input on this. I'll be giving my login details as soon as needed. | |

Charlotte | I’ve tested with different emails. I’ve noticed that emails using self-hosted servers (charlotte@mywebsite.com) do not receive any notification of any kind while emails using GMail do. I’ve checked with the server, we do not have any issue with receiving emails. Also, we’ve disabled installed plugins that may have issue with this and also used on fresh install of wordpress (default wordpress theme): same result. |
