Nayem Not sure when, but it seems as though with the most recent update for the Dokan Plugin that my seller stores aren't accessible. For example, domain.com/store/storename can't be accessed anymore (it was working fine before). Now I see a 404 page. Any idea why my seller stores are going to 404's now?

I have also logged into the seller dashboard (as a Seller) and none of the side navigation links no longer work (see video below). I haven’t changed or touched any settings recently other than a few settings in the WooCommerce > Checkout area.

What’s going on here? How can this be fixed?

Hi grhawkins,

I found a 404 error is usually associated with incorrect permalinks. Please try this, go to:

Settings > Permalinks > Common Settings > Postname

Settings > Permalinks > Product permalink base > Product

And save changes. If these are already selected just try clicking save changes anyway to reset it and see if it makes a difference. Hope it works.

Cheers

Looks like that worked. Just in case anyone else is running into the same issue, my Permalinks were already set to “Product” so I just re-saved and the 404 issue went away.

Thanks a bunch Mohammed!
